About Choir Across America

“Choir Across America” is an official choral ensemble of the 2020 Democractic National Committee Convention (DNCC) being held virtually in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  The ensemble was formed, rehearsed and recorded virtually in a partnership between the DNC and Commonwealth Youthchoirs (CY).

Every Singer in the “Choir Across America” ensemble has some affiliation to the state they represent: either they were born there, were residents at one time, are currently residents, or attend school there. The ensemble is inclusive of every kind of diversity: age, gender, nationality, religion, culture, and political affiliation. This is the power of singing.
